too much fun so little time
I've had a fantastic weekend, a real pick-me-up weekend with my lovely family. Shame it had to go so quick. Hubby and me got to be romantic and the spark between us is very much alive. It's been great! ;)We booked our summer holiday on Saturday-going to Cala Dor in Mallorca, I can't wait!!! The complex were going to looks brilliant. We're going with my parents again so we'll also have babysitters.
I got to have some fun in the snow that decided to fall Easter Sunday rather than over Xmas. Snowballs were hurled at me by Ethan. Isabel really enjoyed herself out in the garden, it was her first experience of snow so it was quite special. We didn't stay out long mind, it was too bitterly cold and my hands were turning blue after 10 minutes. So we came in and warmed up our bellies eating and thoroughly enjoying a lovely roast lunch of lamb and tasty veggies made by lovely Hub (me thinks he should cook more often!). Then we gobbled up choccies eggs for pudding. Mmm mmm....is all I can say!!!
Now I've probably gained an extra 10lb I'm on a dieting and exercising drive to get my figure good for holiday. I want to get a few bikinis and give Hubby something to smile about. :)
Monday was much fun too. We visited good friends of ours who've just moved into a brand new house. The kids loved it and made use of their very nice kitchen making pizzas right from making bases to putting on lots of toppings. Such a fun activity, I think we'll be doing ourselves next weekend.
