As I clean for a living, the prospect of doing more at home isn't very appelaing. So yes, I've let my standards slip and all the chores were mounting up.

This morning however, I have put in great effort to get back on track. I've done nearly everything and had I a clean roller I would have finished decorating the living room too. I only need to keep on top of this now.

Hubby I think should try and do a bit more around the home. He really does try but I think most men haven't a clue, how much effort is required to keep a home in a not-too-grotty condtion. I wish he'd do things without my asking and would carry out jobs properly instead of last night's washing up-where the dishes had to be done again by me this morning anyway.

Oh dear, I'm ranting. This isn't a dig on all man-kind and I know Hubby and most other good men do their bit and 'try' but sometimes it still pisses me off.

At the moment, I'm doing 2 jobs and covering for a girl who's decided never to return after her sickness spell. I don't mind, I like the money. :)

Something is planned Sunday, as a treat to my family. The weather will determine what we actually do, but I really HOPE we can do my 'good weather' idea. Today is beautifully sunny-so if it can stay like this I'll be a happy bunny! Hey that rhymed... :)
