When you have a daughter (well one like mine) you have to wonder when the 'Little Madam' phase will kick in. She was an angel as a baby and toddler and now she's becoming a big girl her personality is becoming more tricky.

Me and the Husband knew we were headed for this. We were prepared for it though it still isn't easy. Everything she's asked is answered with "I can't do it" or "It's too hard" or "I don't want to". It's all negativity right now. Before she would do everything she was told, she'd please you for no reason and never argue back.

Now it's a different story. I don't know how to get through this expect for being very patient with her,. There's no reasoning option as she's as a stubborn as a mule.

I just hope this phase doesn't last very long. Please don't tell me it'll continue right through to the teenage years!
