riding on a wave Things are gratefully pleasant right now. Our car miracally passed its MOT last week, after many parts showing signs of possible wear and tear. No money needs to be spent. Hubby's having a better time at work and making progress in which should pay off well in April. I'm doing okay-healthy, managing everything etc. Just can't wait till half term break next week. I can relax from the school runs for a while. I'll enjoy a few PJ days with the kidlets. Also things are more fun as there's spare cash from my new job. Might treat the kids to the cinema. Bolt looks a funny film. I think I can persuade Bel to sit that long with a large popcorn! Also had more clubcard point vouchers from evil/good ol' Tesco. I calculated them to be worth £210 so now I have all ideas running through my head. A cheap family holiday in the UK or a romantic weekend in a hotel for us? Choices, choices! And there's party planning my boy's 5th birthday which is next month. He enjoyed a friend's birthday treat yesterday. They went to the cinema and McDonalds. He had a really good time, he's becoming a real popular boy. |
