A few old friends have recently popped back into my life. It's all very lovely reliving past memories and getting to know each other again. Some have changed and some thankfully haven't! One particular I'm really pleased about.

Today my boy had a mate (maybe his bestmate) over for a playdate. It was highly successful and I didn't have to intervene at all. They just scurried off and went about their business. My daughter and I spent some quality time playing moonsand and duplo. The friend was here 4 hours and bless the pair of them as they were quite worn out at the end. My boy will be going round his mate's Friday, he's got quite a full social calendar that one I can tell you! I just hope once Bel starts school she'll have lots of friends and playdates. She doesn't seem to know many girls. :(

Anyhoo. The house isn't going to be quiet for long as we've got their Nanny and Grandad with their little cousin in tow. His parents have gone to Prague for a few days.
