I was doing so well updating wasn't I? Then, somehow the diary become forgotten again. Mind you, I've been a bit busy. Kids had their school half term break which kept us very occupied. I've been working hard, doing 2 cleaning jobs proves tiring but money is so worth it.

We got a new car at the weekend-a nice xsara picasso. She's a beauty and lovely to drive. I've got really used to it already-despite the last car being quite a lot smaller.

On a bum note we had a plumbing emergency, where a pipe decided to leak on us one evening last week just after 10pm. Had to call out a plumber to fix it who managed to have a new stretch of copper pipe welded in place on the dodgy bit. Apparently we have porous pipes (crap in other words) so it's possible for this "freak" leak to happen again. :/
Luckily this time we had slight damage and we were there when it started. I dread to think what would've happened had we gone to bed before it began dripping through the living room ceiling!!
